Job Purpose
Responsible for building, positioning, and strengthening the brand’s identity to drive sales, customer loyalty, and market growth. The person in this position will have to be a highly driven individual who is expected to take initiatives aligned with the strategy and in line with the approved budgets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement brand strategies targeted at the Saudi Arabian market for trucks and related services
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership and OEM in formulating the right strategy for the Saudi Arabian market by defining product positioning and pricing strategies
  • Responsible for designing and implementing marketing and sales campaigns/ promotions/programs advertising in line with brand guidelines and market standards
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Build a sales team to strengthen product positioning, sales promotions, and customer acquisition programs
  • Closely manage the commercial vehicle sales force to gather competitive intelligence and to ensure the brand values are displayed and important brand messaging is communicated to the market
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms, events, printed material, and showroom displays
  • Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders like Parts, Product Support, and Service.
  • Work with third parties like banks and finance companies on designing financing/leasing offers.
    Prepare periodic reports, budgets, and performance metrics for brand campaigns
    Guide internal stakeholders on brand identity, customer experience, and support After Sales in fulfilling customer expectations
  • Working in tandem with procurement/SCM on demand planning and rolling order
    forecast to monitor the stock appropriately.
  • Work with Training to ensure that customers get product training and scheduling knowledge sessions to share new updates with past or prospective customers
    Ensure all brand activities comply with local regulations and cultural expectations in Saudi Arabia

Work Relationships
  • OEM and corporate marketing teams – Work closely with on digital marketing and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Service Manager – Support Service Manager responsible for commercial vehicles portfolio in getting the necessary support from OEM on persisting technical issues for the product
  • Training Manager – work closely with Training to ensure various training programs are available for customers and internal stakeholders like After Sales and Service
  • Product Managers and Sales Representatives –Supply Chain – Help internal Supply Chain to work closely with OEM in importing equipment and parts

Qualifications & Relevant Certifications 
  • Bachelor’s Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar streams
  • MBA in Marketing would be an added advantage
  • Relevant certifications from OEMs will be given due importance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi market for commercial vehicles with key technical knowledge of the different segments
  • Strong ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and drive business growth
  • Excellent understanding of working with marketing agencies and media landscape 
  • Highly experienced in using sales technology solutions like CRM, Sales module of ERP, lead generation and open to using AI tools for sales enablement like Lindy, Reply.io, Gong
  • Highly proficient with MS Office Suite particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
  • Practical knowledge of SEO, PPC, and the use of analytics for campaign optimization and assess brand performance
  • Prior experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages (spoken and written)
  • 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing and branding
